Retail therapy is ensured and right across the street at Escondido Promenade, while groceries can be picked up at Albertsons.

Being close to work matters, too. We are right in the heart of the Escondido School District, and adjacent to sought-after employers like Palomar Medical Center Escondido, Escondido Public Works Department, and Kaiser Permanente—San Marcos. In the after hours, you can indulge in a delicious meal at Vincent’s, then wash it out with a pint at Plan 9 Alehouse. And if you’d rather unwind right at home, know that there are two resort-style swimming pools, a game room, and a fully-equipped fitness center waiting for you.
